日本語トレーニングプログラム「飛躍」の目的は、受講生がJLPT（日本語能力試験）3級を取得できるようになることであり、この試験はJEES（財団法人 日本国際教育支援協会）を通じて文部科学省の指導下にある。
JLPT3級に合格して理工系の学科を卒業した学生は、日本で仕事をする機会をもつために履歴書を登録する資格を得る。（日本の法律が許す範囲で）理工系でない学生は、インドに進出している日本企業や日本企業にサービスを提供しているインド企業での就職を希望できる。

The objective of the Hiyaku Japanese Language Training Program is to ensure that the students have developed a capability to appear for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level 3 Certification exam, conducted by the Ministry of Education (Japan) through the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES).
Upon completion of Level 3 exam & graduation in engineering in any discipline, students are eligible to register their resume for job opportunities in Japan under the current rules declared by the Japanese Government.
Non engineering students can aspire for a career with Japanese companies in India or Indian companies engaged in serving Japanese Clients.
